合成外科胶Glubran 2为三类医疗器械,具有CE标志,可体内体外应用

Glubran 2为一种生物可降解(1)氰基丙烯酸酯合成胶水,经添加由GEM合成的单体进行改性。

Glubran 2立即使用(2-5),具有高粘附性(6)止血性(7)。其一经聚合就可形成一层抗菌屏障(1,8,9),有效抵抗外科手术中最常见的感染性病原物。

Glubran 2一旦接触活体组织和湿环境就迅速聚合,形成一层薄而有弹性可高度拉伸的膜,强烈粘附在组织(6)上。这种膜能适应所施用的组织,液体可渗透,不被血液和有机液体改变(7,10)

应用领域

Glubran 2是一种胶水,可用于开放性或腹腔镜检查手术(2-5,7,8,10-64)消化道内窥镜检查(42,45,46,65-77)

另外,Glubran 2还可用作栓塞剂,用于放射学、血管和神经放射学(78-97)
